Pam was born in Munich, Germany, and then moved to Salinas Ca., where her dad was stationed at Fort Ord in Monterey. In 1989, she moved from California’s Central Coast to the Central Valley, where she resides in Hanford.
After earning her associate degree from the College of the Sequoias in Visalia, Pam graduated from Golden Gate Theological Seminary. While working part-time as a youth minister, she embarked on her journey with Baloian Farms. Her years in youth ministry laid the groundwork for her role as Human Resources Director, where she honed her active listening, note-taking, and strategic thinking skills.
Pam started her career with Baloian Farms 28 years ago, initially in invoicing, and gradually climbed the ladder to grower accounting. Realizing the need for further education, she returned to college to take accounting classes. Today, as Human Resources Director, she thrives in her role, enjoying the dynamic nature of her work, from setting policies to managing workers’ compensation and staying abreast of the ever-changing laws in California.
When she finds spare time, Pam enjoys volunteer work, spending time with family, traveling, reading, cooking, and quilting.
