Jay was raised in the Central Valley and has been employed by Baloian Farms for over 18 years. While at Baloian Farms, his career path has included roles in accounting, quality control, shipping, receiving, harvest and field operations, sales assistant, and ultimately, his current role as a salesman for the last 11 years.
Jay’s experience in multiple positions has provided him with invaluable knowledge and understanding of the company’s operations, which he uses daily in his sales role. Jay was a recipient of the Baloian Farms 2015 Golden Bell Award. He is also a member of the 40 under 40: Class of 2022, rising stars of the produce industry. Jay is currently attending California State University-Fresno, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration. An avid outdoorsman, Jay enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with family. He also loves sports and has enjoyed coaching his kids’ soccer, T-ball, and baseball teams.
