Janet was hired at Baloian Farms 10 years ago as a part-time packer and sorter on the bell pepper line. After two summers working with Baloian, she was hired full-time as the company’s receptionist. Being ambitious, she transitioned to accounts receivable/payable, sales assistant, logistics, and accounting positions. Working in these different roles and departments helped her develop the experience and skills she now uses in her current position as office manager. Janet has always enjoyed working with numbers, making accounting her favorite department to contribute to. When Janet is not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and hiking with her mini goldendoodle, Canela.
