Florencio was born and raised in Fresno County. He has been working for Baloian Farms as a growing and harvest manager for over eight years. Before his tenure at Baloian Farms, he had the privilege of amassing over 35 years of invaluable experience in the farming industry.
Florencio’s guiding principle is to inspire others to work diligently with integrity and to take pride in their achievements through Christ.
Outside of work, Florencio enjoys working on his family farm and spending quality time with his wife of 39 years, children, and grandchildren. His backyard is a haven where he and his family relax, barbecue, and create amazing homemade pizza.
