California’s Central Valley is hitting peak, good supply on field bell peppers. “Everything is a little bit early,” says Jay Angulo of Baloian Farms. “We started in Fresno about a week early so that’s about two weeks earlier than normal. We also started seeing the coastal supply this week and typically we don’t see that for another two weeks.”
